Your website has a really great design and layout. I have worked with contractors and vendors before in the product design and prototyping process. Do you happen to use 3D printing in your product prototyping processes? What types of products do you have the most experience in developing and manufacturing?
At present we have limited access to a 3d printer. We machine most of our prototypes. They consist of parts that will be made on a CNC mills, CNC lathes, or screw machines. We are hoping to add a 3d printing soon. We are not manufacturers. We are a machine shop that makes one off parts like prototypes; jigs for drilling, reaming, and boring; fixtures for holding parts to be machined, We are excellent at leaning out processes. We use SolidWorks for our cad models and drawings. IF you have any questions, you can email me at udsam58@comcast.net. Thanks for the comments. David Flannery
From what I have read, this is basically a site that can help me create or bring ideas to life. If I’m right than I’ll most definitely save this site in my bookmarks. With that being said, I’d like to know if it’s possible to create costumes and masks. That is something I would be interested in doing.
Thank you for your comments. We would need to know what type of costumes and masks you are thinking about. We are a metal fabracating shop and if you need them made out of metal we can do it. Dave
